Mike is abruptly taken from his comfortable existence on Wall Street to attend to some unfinished business.  It seems that the mysterious object, he had participated in discovering in 1970 is suddenly sending signals to outer space.  As if having to reenter the clandestine world of deep ocean intrigue were not enough, Mike is suddenly attacked by bands of ordinary looking Americans. Why are they trying to kill him?
