to understand the vagaries of high stakes diplomacy and statesmanship.  In my humble education and basic training in manners, I always understood that one does not use such blasphemous phrases as “kiss my @ss” or “shove it” when one is at a “holy site.”  I guess that only the enlightened ones can say things like that.
