CNN conducted a survey of 14 economists that concluded that the housing market recovery if finally here to stay.  This is a departure from earlier projections that said the recovery would not occur until mid-2013.  These things take time, but it is apparent that the current administration is doing the right things to stimulate a sustainable recovery.
