Mitt Romney’s campaign is running an attack ad accusing the Obama Administration and two auto manufacturers of shipping American jobs overseas, specifically to China.

One of the manufacturers, General Motors Corporation (GMC) has this to say:

“We’ve clearly entered some parallel universe during these last few days,” GM spokesman Greg Martin said. “No amount of campaign politics at its cynical worst will diminish our record of creating jobs in the U.S. and repatriating profits back to this country.”

Chrysler’s CEO Sergio Marchionne, in response to comments and an ad from Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, categorically said (in part):

“Chrysler Group’s production plans for the Jeep brand have become the focus of public debate.

I feel obliged to unambiguously restate our position: Jeep production will not be moved from the United States to China.”

How dare they correct Mitt, don’t they know that his father was head of American Motors Corporation?

VOTE ON NOVEMBER 6 AND LET MITT KNOW THAT HIS DISINGENUOUS AD ATTACKING PRESIDENT OBAMA AND THE TWO AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS IS ABOUT AS GOOD AS AMERICAN MOTORS CORPORATION’S BET ON:
