Pappa John will not spend 14¢ per pizza to give his workers decent healthcare, but he apparently doesn’t mind spending major bucks to spam you with text messages.  All of us are tired of spam, but people who have received incessant amounts of text messages after buying one of his pizzas have retaliated with a $250 million class action lawsuit.  This is not a frivolous lawsuit as most of us are charged for receiving text messages.
